Dr. Susan Lezan Fremont, MD

Dr. Fremont goes above and beyond what I expect from a doctor. She makes sure my preventative care is thorough and her diagnosis and treatment of our family's medical issues has been life changing for each of us. She is a true partner in wellness, and I am deeply appreciative.

Dr. Susan Fremont is an excellent doctor. I've been seeing her for at least 10 years and she is extremely thorough.

I was struggling with some scary symptoms. At some point I was told that I was too aware of what was going on with my body and needed to see a psychologist. Shortly thereafter, my gynecologist listened to my symptoms and decided to run a test to determine if I was going through menopause. Since my uterus had been removed only a test could show this. My gynecologist determined that my symptoms were most likely due to the changes my body was going through. I took no medications and did not see a psychologist and am doing fine 2 years later. The doctor missed the boat.

I was with an elderly family member who is a patient and the doctor totally ignored me. It seems anti-depressants prescribed are part of her therapy. I'm totally not a fan of using pills to treat depression, when the patient has no reason to be depressed. It's an easy fix for the doctor, not the patient. And the patient has been on this rx for years and is not willing to look at counseling for therapy. And I'm sure it has never been suggested by this doctor. Pills, pills and more pills. Very sad.

I was concerned about a family member's physical and mental condition, so I called her. Her nurse responded saying she would not speak to me due to Dr./patient privacy. She missed my point completely. My family member struggles with depression. Instead of identifying the causes, give her some pills. Yeesh!!!

I have been a patient of Dr Fremont for atleast 15 years...I was disappointed that at my last visit I was told that she had too many patients and that I had to see her nurse practitioner...I guess I don't have her as my doctor now.

MISDIAGNOSED WTTH A THYROID CONDITION- PRESCRIBED A PRESCRIPTION FOR A HYPROTHYROID MEDICATION. SUBSEQUENTLY, LOST OVER 15 POUNDS WITHIN LESS THAN 3 MONTHS. TOLD i WAS ANOREXIOUS; AND IN DENIAL. rEFUSED TO TAKE RESPONSILIBY FOR HER MISTAKE. iNSTEAD, PUT THE BLAME ON ME.

Dr. Fremont is easy to talk to, and seems to understand and be in touch with any problem that I bring to her. She is much more compassionate than the PCP that I saw before her.

Dr. Fremont is a caring, intelligent doctor. She takes her time during appointments and is very attuned to women's health care.
