Staff was very attentive and thorough. All my questions were answered and i got a lot of feedback and help. Doctor really listened and gave me a lot of time. I did not feel rushed or that we could only talk for 10 minutes. She went through all my results specifically and helped me to understand.

I appreciate the detail of all the lab work that was done. It helped to identify an underlying thyroid issue that I have likely dealt with most of my life and throw in low testosterone due to perimenopause for good measure. It is wonderful to finally start getting some answers to how I have been feeling and not be dismissed.

I love how thorough Dr. Hardwick-Smith was in explaining all of my lab results and the meds she prescribed as compared with those I am already taking. I appreciated how much time she spent with me to answer my questions and address my concerns. I am a physician but there is still so much info I do not know about hormones/hormone replacement and metabolism. She explained all of this in detail but in easily understandable terms. Thank you!
