Dr. Susan Kathleen Mueller, MD

My Dr had retired & I love him. I heard a lot of good things about Dr Mueller from younger women. I am an older lady past child bearing. She never gave me the time of the day. In the beginning she had me to come 3 times before she made the time to read any of my chart, she had been too busy. Before she ever any of it she didn’t do anything except take my money, got charged for every single wasted visit. Instead of reading my history all she read was the hormones my previous Dr had been given me & said it was too much. She recommended a blood test to check my hormones to see what I needed. She ended up putting me back on what my previous Dr was given me. The next year I went for a check up & she informs me she is not going to renew my hormones because at my age I didn’t need them & hormones causes cancer. She really messed up my system & I left her. She also has bad bedside manners. She is rude & blunt. Also other ladies say they have heard she has made the comment that she only gives… her young patients attention because they are her bread & butter. She has also been discuss where I get my hair cut & older ladies that had seen her has made the comments I have mentioned above. If you are young & can have children, this is your Dr. If you have gone through menopause I would recommend finding another Dr.

TERRIBLE DOCTOR. everytime my girlfriend came back from a visit she was in tears lots of unanswered questions then to top it off dr Mueller WENT ON VACATION when the baby was due wanted to push the due date another 2 weeks witch would have put her at 42 weeks the 3 day of Muellers vacation she went into labor luckily Dr England was there to deliver if we would have waited like Mueller wanted she would have died again worst dr ever.

My daughter went to see her a couple of times and this so called doctor treated her like a piece of crap. And more or less told her she was wasting her time!!!! Get a life Mueller.

I had two different date of ultrasounds done from the VA, and although between those to Ultrasounds there were improvements due to medication, there was a particular issue that grew and concerned them. Just as they do not have Maternity Dr for veterans, they also do not have Ob/gyn surgeons for veterans so they referred me out. Although my ultrasound in her office showed the very same concern that the VA Dr had seen, and the tech pointed it out and took measurements of it, Dr. Meuller came in within 2 minutes and said that I was normal, that other organs in my body was causing my worse-than-labor pain during my cycle every month, and that I did not need surgery because no insurance would pay for it. The VA had already authorized me to have it done and were paying for it. She does a great job of making you feel like your are hypochondriac or that it's your fault that you didn't know you had cancer - when she's the one that missed it just months before during a routine checkup. It was… very clear in my case, that she did not want to help us. We arrived at our first appointment with her 15 minutes prior to fill out the paperwork and then waited over an hour in the lobby past our appointment to be seen, only to see her 60 seconds. She denies we waited that long. Needless to say, we reported what happened to our VA provider and they are referring me to a different hospital. and after talking to a co-worker, it is not the first time she missed something on a patient.

She has been such a great doctor in just the short time that I have had her as a doctor. She really seemed to want to get to the bottom of what was going on and seemed very knowledgeable. She performed an endometrial biopsy which was completely bearable which says a lot for the skill level of Dr. Mueller. These are painful tests and I was worried that, without having taken any medicine to prepare for the uterus for the test, that it would really hurt. She was very patient, explained what she was doing, and how to position my body to lessen the pain. It was such a relief that it did not hurt as bad as I thought it would. When the results came back negative, she gave me a big hug. Something that my previous ob/gyn would never have done...she had a horrible bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Mueller!!! She is simply awesome. If there is a wait time for her, there is good reason. She is an incredible physician, has a great bedside manner, is very knowledgeable, your wait… time in the exam room is very short, she doesn't seem to rush through your appointment, and her tests are very tolerable. She is worth the wait!!!!

She is a very busy lady but made time for me when I needed it. I just had a C-section and she did a great job. She is very to the point and does not baby you or feel sorry for you if you go to complain - which I love - but some people look at that as her not caring or spending time with you. In reality she is all business when it comes to medical issues, but does care.

A great Dr and lady. I had some troubles in my pregnancy but she explained everything and ended each visit with a hug. When i had my baby at 35wks i was scared but she was there with a hug and words of comfort everyday i was in the hospital. My baby is doing great and so am i thanks to her.

She is an amazing doctor. She takes time out to listen to problems and concerns and does not make anyone feel like just any patient. She would give me a hug everytime I saw her. I would choose her over any other OBGYN in this town!

First off, Dr. Mueller is truly amazing! I have a 3 yr old son and a 1 yr old son and she delivered them both. She is the most caring, loving, compassionate Dr. I have ever met. She is extremely down to earth and if a problem of any kind is suspected during pregnancy, she will not stop until it is fixed. Her staff is also extremely nice and down to earth as well. I could go on and on for days about Dr. Mueller. I have never had a bad experience with her and I would most definitely reccomend her to all my friends and family.

SHE IS AN AMAZING DOCTOR! I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE.
