Dr. Schulman really cares about her patients, spending much time to discuss concerns and treatments plans with parents. It is evident that she is more knowledgeable and on top of new developments in pediatric medicine (for instance PANDAS/PANS) compared to other pediatricians because she really listens, is open to learning and takes a genuine interest and care in her patients' well being. I do wish she took insurance though. That is the one downside.

I called her and she was very nice and helpful over the phone.

My child was a patient several years ago and they did not save his records in accordance with the nys requirements!!!

Is very difficult to deal with. She does not treat the patient with respect or dignity. Strongly do not recommend. Bad experience!

She knows her stuff however, She has no love, is a know it all, big shot and tough as anything.

This is the best pediatrician I have ever dealt with. I take my daughter to her and am always amazed at how much care and attention she gives us. Susan Schulman is top notch!
