My kids have been with this doctor for 4years and I can say that my overall experience with the doctor is ok. Not until recently that I had to change her as my kids' primary care physician, she doesn't like mothers who worry too much of their kids (which is actually normal to any mother who loves their kids!) The staff told me about a test they would do on my kid, yes take note, SHE DID NOT INFORM ME OR explain to me personally what it was for and she would just expect me to be calm and not worry. The staff had to do it for her! They told me they would call me as soon as the result is ready and had I not called, I wouldn't know the result! How can u rely on this kind of service. In the four years that she has seen my kids, I felt like she doesn't like me asking lots of questions about the health of my children. For all those four years, I still am thanking her for everything but I've had enough. Ciao!

All I have to say about this doctor is she is a really good Dr but the availability of appointment is to late, they accept walk ins but u don't get to see her when u need it. Last time my son was very sick I called to try to get an appointment and 2 times front office hanged up on me.. The girls are very rude.. When I finally got to talk to someone they had appointments like a week and half from when I called. I walkin the next day in the am and rudely front office girl told me to get there at 6 am if I wanted to see the dr .. I had to take my son to the ER and I haven't even been able to f/u with the Dr as she's always busy... Wait time in office is like 3 or 4 hrs if u make a line at before 8 am
