Dr. Susannah Irene Taylor, MD

Great doctor, super professional, cares for her patients. It's so refreshing to find a doctor who knows what she is doing and also has a big heart. I am sure there are more like Dr Taylor, I just wish I would find them ??. Till then, I am going to Urgent Care (that's where I saw her).

My mother has been in and out of the hospital several times over the past few years. In my experience working with the many on call doctors at our local hospital, I've learned to hold my immediate respect - ask questions and work to establish a rapport the good ones. Dr. Taylor was the first doctor to actually pull up a chair at my moms bedside. She was patient, inquisitive and sincere. Instead of telling us what my mom needed, she asked us what we wanted and even offered her direct contact information. Our experience with Dr. Taylor was very different than any of the preceding doctors we'd met that seemed measured in responses, rushed and sometimes condescending. I called Dr. Taylor a few days later with a question and we worked through a medication problem together. Today - she texted me to check in. In fact, my coworker told me that she and her mum worked with Dr. Taylor as well and she was blown away by the time and care she provided. When I noticed she had a low rating on… Vitals - I knew it couldn't be right. Dr. Taylor is one of the genuine professionals who became a doctor to help people. I truly appreciate her guidance and have a greater peace of mind knowing she's a resource.

She didn't appear to be focusing on what I was saying and actually ignored some things I said. Seemed angry when I questioned something she said. She dismissed my concern. I over heard her berate another staff member while several other staff were within hearing. All in all an unpleasent visit and I did not trust her diagnosis and followed up with another Dr.
