Do not waste your time or money with this office. they are only in it for the money. thry try to have you come in as much as possible to charge multiple copays. What really upsat me is that my wife is handicap and she wanted to get her parking pass reinstated so wife took them the form to fill and they advised they charge $75 dollars to fill out the form.... we did need it so we paid but when we noticed they put it as only temporary which is only valid for 6 months. so wife called and tried to correct issue and office staff said she only does temporary so since that dose not make sense we asked for a refund and they said NO they don't give refunds nor are they willing to correct the form. why would you ask for temporary when your permanently handicap??? Please explain this to me.

She is fabulous - an old fashioned Dr. that doesn't exist anymore - except she does!
