Can I leave a minus star??? Do not go to this horrible doctor! I woke up during the endoscopy and now have a large hiatal hernia caused by her. She rushes through and hates her patients. Read the other reviews. Spot on; bad doctor.

I have seen Dr. Kim for three colonoscopies. She sees all of my family as well. The care is wonderful and she explains everything thoroughly. She is short and to the point, but will elaborate if you have questions. I recommend her to all of my own patients and family!

Racist female/ extremely incompetant and extremely angry at her miserable life. Takes it out on others. She has severe psychiatric issues. Needs treatment.

I have IBS and as I was being prepped for a colonoscopy she told me that "I must enjoy having IBS since I have done nothing about it" The nurse turned and looked at her like she couldn't believe she said that. I couldn't believe she had said it either. I will never go back to her.

Unbelievable. Worst doctor ever. Completely botched a simple procedure and caused a year of misery, doctor bills, tests and pain. Avoid her at all costs. Everyone of her patients I met at other reputable gastroenterologist offices said exactly the same. Almost all of her patients move to other doctors. Go with a doctor that is affiliated with the hospitals! She is not.

Thinks too highly of herself. She is highly incompetant. Talks down to others. she has a severe complex.

Dr. Susie Kim has been my doctor for about 10 years and performed 3 procedures. I have been well pleased with her profession.

I didn't feel like dr. Kim took the time necessary to go over procedures and findings. Felt rushed after colonoscopy and seemed annoyed when I had questions about the findings. I don't think any patient under any circumstances should ever feel that way.

Dr. Kim took time to meet with me and explain in detail the issues. She obviously does not spend a lot of time with you after a procedure because you won't remember what she says anyway. But, I was amazed that she remembered the actual procedure event up to 3 mos after completion. She does a great job at personalizing treatment.

Worst experience ever. Do not go to this run you through the assembly line doctor. A disgrace to professionals.All about the money.Spends virtually no time to know what you may need. Does unnecessary tests,withholds info, makes mistakes and hides them.No respect for patients.

It's all about money with Dr. Kim. I guess that's typical if doctors nowadays. Will order unnecessary test, schedule followups too soon for extra revenue. Doesn't show any compassion towards patient. Annoyed by questions..I'm not going back to her.

Excellent physician. She really cares and listens to her patients. She even took time to get a colonoscopy done really soon for me, figure out what was wrong, and now I'm pain-free! So grateful.

Dr. Kim is not very personable. Nonchalant towards her patients. Typical get in get out doctor. Here's the test results, Here's what you have, bye and out the door she goes. Seemed somewhat annoyed when I had 1 question for her. My next colonoscopy will be with a different doctor or medical group. The staff is good not great.

Have been seeing Dr. Kim for a few years. She, Tammy & Angela have always treated me with respect & kindness. Very professional, caring. Dr. Kim always spends appropriate time with me, explains things thoroughly, answers any questions. Office staff very professional. This Team deserves the highest rating. I truly appreciate them. Highly reccomend this Practice.

Unable to do the procedure so I had to leave and go to another doctor. Total waste of time and money

She is totally clueless and a very frustated incompetant doctor who appears to dislike people. She does not know what she is doing. Other dictors are much better. She is Incomptant and rude but thinks too much if her self.

I have been a patient since 2000 and she has always treated me with warmth, respect and accurate diagnosis. She made sure I understood everything and asked did I have any questions. Her staff were the best! On one occasion I had not eating breakfast and one of her staff had gotten there a little early ,she heard me say how hungry I was and she gave me one of her breakfast burrito.You can't get any better than that !!! Lol I give them all two thumbs up .

Totally inept and incimpetant doctor. Extremely immature and childish behavior. Cant accept and apologize for her errors. Very Racist attitude.

Dr. Kim is not very personable. Not as good of a doctor as others in their practice. I've had medical problems since her colonoscopy. Suspicious something went wrong causing my medical problem. Wanted to like her but will not return. I take my chances with no screenings as opposed to seeing her again. Sorry it's how I feel
