Dr Ross took excellent care of my father when he was in the hospital. She was attentive and caring. She also took the time to explain everything that was happening.

She is probably one of the most compassionate doctors I know. Dr Ross made me feel comfortable and really alleviated my fears about my condition. I have been trying to find her since she left Englewood Hospital because it is really hard to find doctors like her.

I scheduled an initial consultation with this "pain management" provider. What occurred was an interrogation by Ms. Ross during which she accused me of trying to acquire narcotics. She refused to evaluate my pain levels or request any tests. When I first arrived, her office staff was very abrupt and discourteous. I was forced to wait an extended period of time due to a paperwork error on their part. If you want to have a lousy day and be treated like s**t, promptly schedule an appointment with this healthcare unprofessional. Your pain will definitely be managed... to a higher level.

I would never send my worst enemy here. She didn't listen at all to me. I was trying to tell her about my pain and she refused to listen. Treated me like a drug addict, although I am not taking any narcotics, nor do I want to take any. Would not recommend.
