Dr. Syed Khurram Abbas Zaidi

He's incompetent, does not return phone calls, and only cares about how many patients he can bill Medi-Cal for without even seeing them.

He is very courteous and friendly. He predicted the diagnosis even before the tests.

There are several Zaidi in Sacramento practicing medicine so please make sure you are commenting about the right one. Skip going to this guy if you can. He has cost me hundreds in non essential tests to cover his rear.

Dr. Zaidi has been my doctor for about 3 years. He is always accessible by e-mail and replies to messages always, usually by the end of the same day. He is very thorough during exams and always takes at least 45 minutes to an hour with me. He keeps regular checks on my vitamin levels and blood work. In 40 years of going to doctors, I've never met a better one than Dr. Z. This man genuinely cares for his patients. If you want to truly be healthy, Dr. Zaidi will you get there.

He actually said that two types of specialists who diagnose osteoporosis argue over whether it actually exists. And he is supposed to be a gerontologist.

When dealing with Dr.Zaidi he made me feel like I was taking up too much of his time. When I went in and told him about my problem, he actions portrayed that he did not believe my condition. He even told me there was something negative on one of my test results but refused to talk about it during that appointment and asked me yo remind him of it during our next appointment in two months. When there is "a cause for concern" on one of my test results , we need to talk about it now and not at least give me basic knowledge of what came up bed. I will be changing doctors as soon as I can, and when I re enroll with my insurance I will be leaving UC Davis completely.

Sensitive to my emotional status. Provides clear direction and explains options in understandable terms. Always courteous and appears to know my history.
