The nurse/receptionist is utterly incompetent. My first visit I had to wait more than 45 minutes. Were told wrong information by the nurse and was made to believe I am required to receive a vaccination, which turned out to be a lie ( I verified this with my lawyer). I had to ring to chase up my blood result and was told on the phone that it is ready, and my medical report is complete and ready to be picked up. I arrived the next day and was told that there was a lab error. They had only sent an intermediate report. When she looked yesterday, she thought it was a full report. She meant to call me but they were very busy in the morning. She is waiting for a phone call from the lab to see when the full report will be ready. I asked to be called so I am wasting my time in order to have to keep coming back to the office. I waited a week. No phone call.On my third phone call, instead of putting me on hold, she hung up on me. Fine, honest mistake. When I rung back, the same nurse… told me that the Dr. had spoken to me ( which he has not) and that the Dr. had told me to come back for another blood draw as the lab had no record of my blood sample. I told her that no one has called me. The discussion went on for a while, and she hung up on me before I can verify my phone number. It is now almost a month since my first visit. Luckily I don't have an urgent disease that requires immediate care. I am still waiting for that elusive phone call
