If I could give 0 stars I would. This was truly the worst and most traumatizing doctors experience I have ever had. The doctor who is also the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional from the minute I called to make my appointment. This was my first experience ever going to a GYNO and I was super nervous which I shared with the Nurse Particionar before my examination. They told me to sign a consent form for a pelvic examination, but did not explain at all what would be happening. When I went in they had 3 people in the room and the doctor didn’t even preform any examinations, she just stood there the whole time except during the pelvic exam where she not only told the NP to use a larger speculum knowing it was my first time and I was concerned and didn’t fully understand, but also would keep grabbing my leg and pushing it open and telling me to keep my legs open. I felt like I couldn’t say anything and I just tried to hold my tears in because I felt so out of control. I’ve gone… to GYNO’s before for my birth control and they were always super sweet and comforting so I never expected this. At the end the nurse practitioner who I truly feel was one of the only ones who semi made me feel comfortable, had to speak up and tell her my concerns because she was just about to walk out, but she literally dismissed them all and didn’t listen. I left the office in tears and called my mom and cried to her, I felt so violated and terrible. I was told I would get my results within 3 days and didn’t hear back so I called the office and they told me they weren’t open which was a complete lie and that I’d have to call back the next day to know anything. I would never recommend anyone to go to this doctor, every doctor should make an attempt to make there patient feel comfortable and safe, and that was definitely not what was done. It is truly so sad to see how many medical professionals truly are in it for the money instead of caring for their patients, so much for having to take an oath. PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS DOCTOR, the only reason I went was due to my insurance, but I will never ever go again.

If I could give zero stars I would. First dealing with a judgmental tech who had remarks after I would answer certain health questions. Then had to wait 30+ minutes to be seen by the doctor while she was laughing and talking with her tech and receptionist about personal things. I even heard her say “Well I have to wrap it up, I still got more patience to see” sarcastically and with a annoyed tone. To make matters worse right before the doctor came in to see me her tech was telling the doctor my information for everyone in the facility to hear. I was inside their patient room with the door closed and was still able to hear word for word my name and what I was seeing the doctor for. Once I saw the doctor she wasn’t even in the room for more than 5 minutes, she didn’t introduce herself explain to me what she would be doing. I was so uncomfortable and in discomfort. This was my first time ever seeing a gynecologist, and she was aware of that. She didn’t talle me through was she was doing… while examining my lower body. It was such a terrible experience, the only good thing that came from my experience was the nice receptionist. I only came because my insurance covered my visit, I was already fearful from reviews I had seen. I should have trusted my gut and avoided this place. The doctor didn’t even wash her hands before or after my visit.

This is the most u professional office I have ever been too. I went for a anual and also advised them of the discomfort I have and possibly having an infection. They gave me a swab and sent me on my way. I was confused and called them once I left advising when will I get my results on my issue they advised in a week. I asked to speak to the doctor and told her why do I have to wait a week feeling discomfort for you to tell me or give me antibiotics. She responded telling me I don’t come for a wellness just an annual and she don’t Self diagnose anyone. But as a doctor you should be aware of Symptoms and prescribe something or let me know what is best for me to do. Then she said she will do it as a wellness and charged me a-copay. I still didn’t get help and have to wait feeling the way I feel. I never been through anything like this. They only care about getting paid and not caring about the patient wellbeing! This place should be closed down. They are stealing people’s money.

She’s a money hungry doctor working out of a sketchy office I have never had to pay to receive results from any previous doctor and the results pop up on the online portal but she won’t send in a prescription unless you make another appointment which last for about 2 min with a nurse practitioner.

Doctor King has been my Ob/Gyn for over 21 years. She’s an amazing doctor her best quality is that she is more than just a Doctor she is compassionate and cares for her patients. There’s little wait time. The office is always neat and clean. Same day appointments are usually available. Doctor King is awesome. ????

Brought my girlfriend to this location to get tested as required by my insurance. Doctor spend sat at most a few minutes, says the insurance will cover the test and now I recieved a bill of $700. This clinic is trash and does not know your insurance policy, now I am fighting my insurance to go after this charge that the clinic is just trying to pass off saying that the insurance is suppose to cover it when my insurance requires a call from the clinic for a confirmation before the test should even be done! (That’s what was explained to me after the incident and the insurance spoke to the clinic directly reprimanding them over the concern about the misleading information I recorded the whole conversation!) but the clinic bypassed and did what ever they wanted. So I called to complain and dispute the charge and I was told I would recieve a call within the week and its has been 2 almost 3 weeks and no call or answer yet from this doctor. This place is awful and unprofessional.

I was on vacation in Orlando and was experiencing heavy and continuous bleeding. Her staff got me in right away to see Dr. King. She was confident, knowledgeable and understanding of my predicament. She prescribed an immediate fix and recommended follow up once I got home. I am grateful for her expertise and for her immediate response to my urgent need. Her staff is compassionate and caring and very supportive as well. Highly recommend her.

Don't go to this doctor, she treated me horribly and she wasnt able to help me at all, she should be ashamed of herself.
