Dr. Nallathamby Thayapran, MD

I have only been to see him once The first apt was cancelled and rescheduled after I had left for the appt. it was quickly rescheduled. The staff was great when I had the appt. and the DR. seems to know what he is doing and was very personable. it has now taken3weeks to get a follow up apt for my tests part of the fault there was my insurance though. I will give a further review after I have seen him more than once.

dr. thayapran didn't help my mother he didn't explain the risk of stents in her case, she suffered for a month before she passed. I'm so heart broken.

Dr. Thayapran and the staff did a remarkable job. The doctor recommended me to have an angiogram/endovascular procedure done to help me relieve the pain i had in my left leg. I took his advice and agreed on having this done, however I did felt a little concern when they mentions this procedure was to be done in his office. I went in on the 27th and the results could be any better. The doctor did an excellent job as well as the doctor assistance and in particular Michelle and Lupe. I am very pleased with the results. The procedure was fast and painless, the attentions towards me were phenomenal. Within 5 hrs after the procedure I was ready to walk and even show off a few dancing steps and I wasn't able to do that before. Went in the next morning for check up and I felt like a million dollars. I would greatly recommend this doctor to any of my friends and the general public. From the attention you receive to the doctor's professionalism and amazing job.

I would have to say Dr. Thayapran is the most thorough, caring doctor I have seen.He was very patient and helped ease all my concerns. The staff was extremely fast and helpful with scheduling my testing appointments.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This office failed to schedule appointments for my daughter, and when she was scheduled to have surgery for an arm injury would not release her for surgery saying that we refused to testing with their office which is a lie. I did not even know we had any appointment, and when I called the office when I found out they wouldn't release her for surgery, Michelle (who does all the scheduling) said it was an oversight and sorry about any inconvenience, but wouldn't make their mistake right. I would never go back to this doctor, nor would I recommend anyone else go there. They obviously have issues with their organization, and couldn't make their mistake right, even though my daughter had to take time off from school for recovery time. They didn't care, refused to give names (even though I knew from when she answered the phone), she hung up on us, and continually put us on hold for long periods of time. Will never go back there.
