Dr. Taher Ahmed Shams, MD

Staff is rude, unknowable, I lost my trucking driving privileges because this persons make mistake and mistake over and over, since 4 months I being trying they correct so I can go work and they are unprofessional

Office schedules appointments for 9 AM, but doesn't tell you until after you arrive and check in that the doctor isn't even due in until 10 AM. After waiting two hours, doctor still hasn't shown up by 11 AM, so we leave.

Dr. Shams is gentle and kind. He is such a humanitarian to still be serving the community. If ever someone deserved to be immortal, it is he.

I'm very unhappy with this dr. I'm having girlie issues and he was suppose to sent a reference for me to see a female dr. Neatless to say that was six months ago and I still haven't got my reference

Nice clean office, person nice in the office is that poor medical assistant in the back. I see how the Dr treats her awful. He is soo rude to patient's and the staff, he is very abusive .don't know why he still has people working there. Does not listen to your problem aches and pains. having pain in back and did not want to order anyxray. He said lose weight and stop eating,WHAT a joke,now I have a sepsis infection in my back with lesions,had to go to er. Don't Go There

The doctor was friendly, but the girl at the front desk, Alliah I think her name was, has the worst attitude I've ever witnessed. I guess me asking for a copy of my Childs records was too much of an inconvenience for her. She literally rolled her eyes at me. SO RUDE! People like that should not work in health care. AT ALL. Ugh I won't be back.

This doctor is a freaking joke. Urgent care diagnosed me with fluid in my knee and told me I need a MRI. Dr shams didn't even look at my knee and told me I was fine. Well now I can't bend my knee and it's so swollen with fluid it's ridiculous! He's rude and doesn't have any right being a dr. The nurses are great though.

The only good thing is the office is clean and nice,the Dr is rude to staff and was rude and inconsiderate towards my concerns,I believe he does not . Like female women ,very rude,did not listen to me I have a lot of health issues,and he seemed like he did not care, or listen to your concerns.the staff is polite,but I don't know about that reception its though she was rude and , loud at the window her name is Thalia
