I’ve been taking my daughter here for around 9 months for her wellness visits (vaccines and check up) and usually have no issues. Decent in and out times and we don’t have a select dr so just book appointments with whoever can fit us in. Today I took my daughter in for her first sick visit. It was a disaster. Completely unprofessional staff (nurses AND doctor). we were there for over an hour and a half WAITING in the doctors office for someone to talk to us. The doctor finally came when I stood in the hallway for about 10 minutes for her to say she “forgot we were in there” waiting for my daughters blood test results. She then tells me everything seems to look okay and walks away to talk to the nurse. I hear her telling the nurse “you need to let me know when test results come back so I know when to go talk to the pt. Also run a flu swab and because it takes 15 minutes for the test just let her know we will call her with the results.” 15 more minutes go by. They can hear my… daughter screaming and throwing tantrums. No one comes in. I finally stand back out in the hallway until a nurse asks if I need any help.. so I asked if I still needed to stay. She then said “I’m sorry there’s just so many people working let me see.” Walked behind the nurse station then said “there’s 7 minutes left on the flu test.” I said “she was never tested for the flu.” She asked “they didn’t swab her nose?” I said “no.” She then looked very confused and asked if the dr had told me the test results for the blood work and I said yes. She asked me to wait a minute for her to see what’s going on and walked away. 10 more minutes go by and the dr comes into the room and proceeds to tell me “when I read you that the results were good then I meant you could leave. I thought you understood.” She never said ANYTHING relating to a goodbye or you can leave. Every time I’ve been to this office, you speak to the dr and then the nurse gets you the visit summary paperwork and tells you that you can leave etc. Obviously this office has very poor communication between nurses and doctors and needs to work on that if they want to stop losing patients because I will not be taking my daughter back there. Don’t go unless you want to be forgotten about and leave upset.

My daughter is now 20 yrs old but up until she was 18 I took her to Pediactric Partners and she saw either Dr. Loving or Dr. Raji and they both are top quality doctors. We never had a long wait to see them, I like how their office has a well side and a sick side and they have excellent bedside manner. If they didn't stop seeing patients at 18 yrs of age then my daughter would still be going there.
