Dr Ghaly really cares about his patients and wants to eliminate the pain they experience everyday. He is very knowledgeable and has a plan for treatment immediately. He is very kind and has an amazing bedside manner.
FRIENDLY STAFF , THE WAIT WAS AROUND 10 MINUTES AND DR GHALY HAS EXCELLENT BED SIDE MANNERS AND GAVE ME DIFFERENT OPTIONS TO TREAT MY PAIN.

What a great job he has done with my back
Dr. Ghaly gave my life back to me. I suffered with back pain for years limiting my mobility. Following back surgery, I became addicted to pain meds which almost ended my life. I was discharged from many doctors offices because of my addiction leaving me helpless. I was told by a friend to search the website "healthgrades" and that's where I found Dr. Ghaly. His reviews on helping people with interventional procedures versus opiates were remarkable. Dr. Ghaly was so kind, gentle and empathic that I knew he was going to help me. He weened be off my meds while I went through a series of injection procedures. He and his staff are so caring. They treat you like family. Dr Ghaly saved my life. I am now able to persue my professional career effortlessly. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment to meet Dr. Ghaly. He will save you too!
What a great job he has done with my back
Do not pay attention to the other reviews from the other patients who were looking just for drugs. This doctor is such a professional one took the time to explain to me the problem and is very caring, talked to me throughout the whole procedure Made me feel very comfortable
Dr. Ghaly is an amazing great physician that helped me significantly with my neck and back pain, he has such a wonderful bedside manners and great technique , made me feel comfortable during the procedure, Do not listen to the other reviews from the drug seekers
During an epidural a pain shot down my left leg and I said I felt it. Think a nerve was hit. No mention of this in my records. AWFULLY SUSPICIOUS!! On follow up I mentioned the hitting of a nerve. Dr. Seemed nervous about me mentioning it. I tried to explain some things that bothered me, but he cut me off and said I should get another Dr. and that he didn’t want me as a patient, anymore. In my records it states that I was given a physical, never gave me one. My pain is worse than before I had the treatment. He talks down to you and doesn’t let you explain. Worse Doctor I have ever had in all my years!!!!
I saw Dr. Ghaly for a Workers Comp IME. I have a ten year relationship with my current pain management specialist and a very complicated history including 11 major surgeries in the past 9 years. He had a ten inch thick stack of my records and hadn’t read a page. His only interest was in the amount of opioids my current doctor prescribes. Regardless of the info from my records from my current team of highly respected doctors he was determined to be critical of my opioid use. He spent 20 minutes acting antagonistic and utterly uncaring of my quality of life issues. He wants to do interventional procedures and is close minded about other pain management modalities; especially opioids. A terrible experience.
I found this Dr to be very rude, he won't let you speak,he will not give you pain medication, bedside manner sucks.i would not recommend this clown
Saw Dr. Ghaly for the 1st time, 2 days ago on a referral from my Neurologist. I was told I was seeing a Pain Management Specialist. As of yet my Drs are trying to find the cause of my chronic pain and inflammation, and so far I have no official diagnosis and haven't been put on any pain medications or treatment plans. I see Dr. Ghaly and his 1 and only option for me is Ablation, burning the nerves dead. That may be a good option for some people who have tried other options with no success, but so far I have had no other options put on the table and we don't even know if the pain is nerve or not. I was not allowed to ask questions, he did not want to offer any other options when I tried to ask, I was told "you can do what I recommend, or go somewhere else and try something else and have fun being in pain the rest of your life." I was shocked and disgusted by his rudeness and disrespect. Even my insurance company and Neurologist office were appalled when I told them about him, and that I need a new referral, I don't feel safe with this Dr. And I don't want him doing any procedures to me at all. It's his way or no way, don't ask questions. They all agreed that ablation is more of a last step than a 1st option. I will never recommend this Dr, he has no business speaking with patients. He rushed my husband and I out within 15 mins with our heads spinning and me more terrified than I've ever been with a Dr before.
Dr. Ghaly isn’t a pain management doctor, he’s an anesthesiologist. All he cares about is giving you steroid injections that will ultimately wear away at your discs and worsen you in the long run. He is scared to prescribe any narcotic meds, no matter how badly you need them when you have no quality of life. I have been waiting five months for an ablation procedure so I can be finished with him. He discontinued my narcotic medications before my procedure could even happen. He doesn’t care about his patients well being or quality of life. He doesn’t listen to his patients. All he should be doing is stay in the the injection room. The PA Albert is amazing and the only reason I stayed with NOSS. I plan to file a grievance against him as soon as my procedure is completed. It’s very clear that he is afraid to get sued and prescribe controlled meds- all he wants to do is rush you through your visit and stick more needles in your spine. I strongly suggest NOT seeing this provider.
I have complete confidence in dr.Ghaly and his staff.
Dr Ghali does not listen to patients. Its chronic. First of all he wants little to do with patients. He wants only to give injections. He wants most office appointments completed by the physicians assistant. They do not listen either and the bunch rush you in and rush you out as quickly as possible. It is slam bam thank you mammy at appointments and during injections. If you are sticking needles in my spine I do not want you in a rush. If you are sticking needles in my spine I do not want to feel so rushed I leave with my head spinning wondering what the heck just happened. He makes all diagnosis based on MRI results. He NEVER does a physical exam and and I always feel the need to force him to LISTEN TO ME, listen to the patients description on pain numbness etc. or even where it is. He really does not care. He says he does, but he has no clue what true empathy and compassion is. His focus IS NOT MANAGING PAIN. His focus is on sticking needles in your spine. He and his staff have no concept of what pain is and are more concerned about there own well being than your own. And I truly believe this. They are afraid of being sued. They are more afraid of being sued than they are concerned about your comfort. I have heard him scold curmudgeon old men because they were in a bad mood. It was clear to me that this mans mood was due to the chronic and severe pain he can no longer deal with. I heard Dr Ghali tell this man to go somewhere else if he was not happy. He had to be close to 90, hunched over with arthritis and desperate for relief. He brought this poor man to tears. Do not go here. Leave town. Shame on you Dr Ghali
Dr Ghaly is rude and antagonistic. He does not review your file before your appt. His professional ethics are questionable. He does not know about some medical conditions he is supposed to evaluate. He does not know what he doesn’t know but thinks he does. The most horrific medical appt of my life. He is truly scary.
Was referred to Dr Ghaly with debilitating sciatica pain. Dr. Ghaly explained the whole procedure to me. I have seen him 3 Times for injections and at this time feel 90% better.
