She was great at first, but each appointment following our first appointment we had to wait at least 30 minutes and with a new baby, that is not easy! She also recommended we go to Children's Hospital because my baby fell asleep a lot while breastfeeding which everyone else told me our baby didn't need to do because sleeping while breastfeeding is normal. We spent over $800 at Children's Hospital because of course if the Dr. recommends you go, its your baby so you go and our baby was perfectly fine. It is always better to be safe than sorry, but I don't think she really listened to me when I was explaining what was going on with my baby and jumped to conclusions. I feel like I should be sending her this big bill and asking her to pay for it. She was very attentive with us in our initial visit, but after that we felt rushed and all the nurses kept calling my baby girl, Martin. Martin is our last name! It didn't happen once or twice, it happened at least three times. The front desk staff… is very unfriendly and unhelpful. They have the sick kids pass through the healthy kid area which makes no sense. They should have separate areas. Having a new baby is scary and we didn't feel like they were the best for us so we are moving on.
