Dr. Tran would no longer see me after calling him after hours on a phone number he gave me to call, "if I ever need anything; call anytime." His staff are HORRIBLE, awful people with NO professional skills. They treat patients like trash and have hung up on me repeatedly. (That is if you can get them to answer the phone at all. They have never returned ONE call.) They mock patients behind the desk and laugh about them really loud; SO unprofessional. "Dr." Tran interrupts and raises his voice if you ask a question. He is a snob who thinks he knows everything. Which is ironic, because he does not know medicine. Totally unethical, unprofessional, disrespectful and overpriced. He wants your money, nothing else. PERIOD.

His staff is so rude they mistreat you! Then the DR rufused to talk with me in a emergency. His nurses don't know anything very very horrible I will never go there I don't know how his office is still open

His staff is unbelievably rude. On "Casual Fridays", they dress like complete slobs, yet treat ME, the PAYING customer & patient like I'm a leper. I'm not sure what doctor the rest of you got when you describe this incredible doctor with amazing bedside manner, because I sure didn't meet him. I met a pushy, judgmental, rude man that I would NEVER want as my general practice physician, EVER.

The doctor was very nice, he listened to what I had to say very carefully without interrupting or rushing through the appointment. He took my concerns very seriously and was skilled with the examination. He took time to explain and made sure I was clear on what was going. I would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Tran is excellent. He is one of those doctors that always listens and make the proper suggestions for your health needs. Him as well as Dr.Ryan White are always concerned with you well being. Its refreshing to see a doctor that honestly cares.
