Dr. Tanya Marynka Falkowski, MD

My 3-year old daughter and I were forced to see Tanya F. when she was working under Dr. Janet Fermin at Glendora Presbyterian. We had an appointment with Dr. Fermin that day, but she was called away. It was the kind of experience that I still can’t believe happened 20 years later. Tanya Falkowski is very self- centered, insulting, unprofessional and condescending. I read another review that said she cuts you off mid-sentence (a terrible habit), and that is mainly what I remember about her. A parent doesn’t have a slim chance to actually be heard by this person. It’s unfortunate that unprofessional people are working in such important positions. Avoid this person.

Dr. Falkowski is now Dr. Collins. But she's just as unstable, erratic and rude as she ever was. But, I used to think she was still a good doctor and cared about my children. However after watching her the last couple of years, she is deteriorating. I don't trust her to care for my most precious assets anymore. She's too unstable and it has to interfere with her ability to care for them. I'm switching my children to another doctor.

Dr. Falkowski has been my son's doctor since he was 2 yrs old. I always feel so safe and secure with his health in her hands. She is amazing!

Dr Falkowski Collins has been treating my sons asthma for over a year not only is great with kids and super caring but an outstanding Dr who really takes the time to examine her clients hands down best Dr. with great staff

This review is about the office staff at Dr Tanya's office . They have s big attitude and really rude. They did not update their address in google search and did not take the responsibility even. I would not return fix your attitude first before getting my business.

Keep your children safe by keeping them away from her! She's too emotional (crying and then laughing like a crazy person) so she makes mistakes. Stay away!

Dr. Falkowski is beyond an asset to our children's health care. She cares about their well being, their development and is honest and true. We are grateful to her for her attention to detail. She has helped us through multiple medical problems with both of our children. She is an incredible physician!

She is by far the best doctor my children have had.

Dr. Falkowski was our children's pediatrician since she joined Facey Medical and was absolutely great with them. Even after we moved to Nevada we would make the drive to continue to see her because our family loved the personal attention she provided. Unfortunately the drive has become too much and replacing her has been a challenge since our kids feel no one matches up to her.

This is about an appointment with my 6-year old daughter: It has been several years, but it still haunts me. I wish I'd have made a complaint about her before. Reading the reviews here combined with my personal experience with Tanya, I realize that she may have an eating disorder. It seems as if, according to her logic, you are not skinny, then you are too fat. She cut me off in mid-sentence more than once, and I am a mom who WANTS to listen to her child's doctor. Only, the things she was saying were so ridiculous. She needs to be mentally evaluated.

I had a horrible experience with the medical group at Facey Porter Ranch, where Dr. Falkowski practices. I called early on a Monday morning explaining that my 1 year old had a high fever all weekend, was coughing, runny nose, and listless. I was told that there was only one appointment available that afternoon. There was no urgency to see her earlier. I took the appointment (since it was all they offered) although I knew I might be late after picking up my older child from school. I rushed there and was about 15-20 minutes late and was basically told that there was no doctor who could see me because they were swamped that day. The staff even went to the back to ask if we could be seen and Dr. Falkowski said no. There was only one other family in the waiting room, so I'm not sure what they meant by "swamped." I have never been turned away at a doctor's office, especially for my children. It seems unethical to turn a sick child away completely from care. This is a new pediatrician for us b/c we moved here from out of state, and I never had a doctor tell me to leave or that there was absolutely no way they could see my sick children. Even when my previous doctors had rooms spilling with patients, they still said that i could wait to be seen. If you have urgent, last minute matters that come up with your kids and want to be treated, I wouldn't count on this practice or Dr. Falkowski. I ended up going to urgent care to be seen by a random doctor because our pediatrician couldn't squeeze one extra appointment in. It was absolutely ridiculous. Please do yourselves and your children a favor, and find a doctor/practice that offers some flexibility.

We have three daughter all under the age of 9, one of which is Autistic. There is a very long waiting list for her, but she is well worth the time. She is caring, intelligent and thorough.

Dr. Falkowski was there for the delivery of our meconium baby girl. She handled the situation with a calm intensity that was exactly what was called for. Our girl is now ten years old and perfectly health. That would not be true if Dr. Falkowski had not done the fabulous job that she did. We're forever thankful!

Dr. Falkowski is by far the worst pediatrician. She is very unprofessional and has very bad bedside manner. My wife took our two year old son, because he was having a very high fever and she refused to spend adequate time to examine him. She refused to answer my wife's questions, because "she did not have enough time..." not something you want to hear from you child's care provider

I have been seeing Dr. Falkowski since Dr. Olsen retired. It was a hard to let Dr. Olsen go since she was my pediatrician as a child and then my children's, but it was time for her to retire. Dr. Falkowski has been fantastic with both my son and my daughter who has to make regular visits due to her eczema. She is always compassionate, kind and informative and understanding. I would highly recommend her to anyone. :-)

Dr. Falkowski has been my childrens pediatrician for over 8 years. She is a wonderful and caring doctor. The best I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She has never made my older or younger daughter feel uncomfortable. She builds great relationships with my children and is a fun doctor to be with. I completely trust her guidence and I highly recommend her.

Dr Falkowski became our doctor when she joined the practice, and our original doctor left. We have been very unhappy with the care from this office. She made my older daughter feel very uncomfortable with her body and told her she was overweight because her BMI was too high. She probably should have taken into account the fact that the kid plays 3 hours of soccer a day and has very low body fat. She has also made my younger child feel very uncomfortable.

The website says 7 years experience, but she delivered my daughter over 8 years ago, and she was FANTASTIC!
