If you plan on seeing this doctor, pack a lunch! He is NEVER on time. The first time I saw him, I waited over 1 hour 20 minutes. My second visit I waited an hour and left! I waited over 40 minutes just to be called back. After waiting another 20 minutes I left. The 40 minutes I waited in the lobby 3 people was called back and no one had came out. When they called the day before they make sure to remind you of your appointment and they tell you to be there on time! Why? When the doctor can’t tell time and makes you wait! Totally ridiculous! Don’t waste your time with this doctor! He needs to schedule 1 patient every 2 hours as slow as he is!!!

I have been very satisfied with Dr Khairalla. My uncontrolled diabetes is now very controlled. He is very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help getting their diabetes under control.

Dr Khairalla is very knowledgeable and explains things so it's understandable. He anticipates questions but still lets the patient explore concerns and is SO patient! He has a great sense of humor and approach with patients. HIGHLY recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. K's for many years. He is thoughtful amd thorough. He is busy but I have never felt rushed with the time he spends with me. I have never questioned his expertise.

He has been my doctor for 3 years and my thyroid is still all over the place. I feel like his full attention has not been given to my case as I tell him my issues and their ignored. Very nice gentlemen though.

Building was inviting, clean and staff very nice. Didn't really need to wait at all, and everything flowed very smoothly. Unfortunately, I wasn't very impressed by the Doctor himself. Didn't seem very knowledgeable, was condescending, didn't spend much time on my labs, jumped to a conclusion (wrong) quickly and simply stuck by it even when I kindly engaged in discussion about possible what-if's. I'll likely need to go to Minneapolis/St. Paul to find a proper endocrinologist.
