Dr. Tatyana Grinchenko, DO

Doctor Grinchenko is lovely. She takes the time to listen to me when I’m not feeling well. She doesn’t rush in and out she has helped me so much.

Dr.Grinchenko is a very compassionate and caring doctor. She has been treating me for almost 9 years. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend her to any person suffering from RA.

This doctor only cares about money, very unprofessional!

DISGRACEFUL! My mother and I were both patients of Dr. G, she is incompetent and a disgrace to doctors. Her office staff is just as bad as herself. Thank god my sister and I are in the medical field and were able to get my mother her Prolia injections ( good friends with the pharmacy). Dr. G and her staff decided after my friend and I took the steps to get it approved she would charge my mothers insurance over a thousand dollars to Inject the medication. After my mother never received a bill until entering the office that day her staff rudely turned my mother away for the unpaid bill unless she was able to “call someone for a card number or she would not be seen”. She was not seen that day! I called to speak to Dr. G regarding this matter and was advised by her unprofessional staff “she doesn’t talk to patients over the phone” haha ! This Dr and her staff are disgusting, jokes, disgrace to healthcare , and have Poor patient care. I truly hope the insurance company catches on to what… she’s billing for.

She is by far one of the most caring and genuine doctors I have encountered. She has been so helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way and makes dealing with something that is quite frightening so much more bearable. I am very thankful to have met doctor Grinchenko. She is a compassionate doctor that strives to do the best for her patients.

The front desk secretary has to be the most disrespectful and discpicable excuse for a human being. She is extremely disgusting in her ways and how she speaks to clients. This is why your office's Clientele is so poor. Hire someone who is competent enough to answer a simple phone call.

i had a bad experience with a office they hard to get a script refill for medication i would say never go to this doctor charges people for paper work for everything that doctor dose is a charge

I have been seeing Dr G for almost 3 years. I have always been treated with a smile and concern from all of the staff behind the door. I believe the front desk could be friendlier but they are efficient and have never been rude. Dr G is an exceptional Dr. and anyone who suffers from RA or Fibromyalgia would be very lucky to have her as a doctor. RA is a very painful disease and it takes a very caring doctor to work with you until you find the right treatment. I also believe her to be very good with treating people who have multiple disabilities and does not quit just because case may be a little difficult. If you are looking for a highly skilled doctor skilled at finding the treament that is right for you, I would recommend Dr. Grinchenko whole heartedly.

Dr Grinchenko only performs treatments that are easy and safe to collect from the insurance, that rules her practice. If it is hard to collect from them or if they give her a hard time, she will not do it. She says, i.e:"Empire will not pay, we cannot do it!" It is not about doing the right thing for the patient, it is all about the money. Her staff is horrendous, they looks mad and never greet anyone. The so called recepcionist is brutal with people who call the office. I wonder if dr. Grinchenko knows about it, her staff members not only represent her, they are the very first impression for anyone going there. Every time I take my father to visit this doctor is the same thing. I am looking forward to find a professional with real human skills.

I was absolutly appalled by both the UNKIND and RUDE behavior and treatment from the doctor herself and the staff. I left in tears over the IMMORAl conduct and could not believe that any PERSON least of all a PATIENT ever deserves to be treated so HARSHLY.
