Avoid Dr Marx at all cost, you’d be better off seeking medical care at McDonalds drive thru window.

I highly recommend her. She has made a world of difference for me with all of my conditions over the last 4 years.

I am on the verge of putting my experience in a newspaper article and reporting her to the medical board. Her staff is more the reason for the horrible experience, however, that ultimately falls on the doctor. Negative ZERO is my actual rating.

Staff was unprofessional at best, disorganized and rude.

It more like horrible patient's not horrible customer service. I've been going to Dr. Marx for YEARS & I've seen a few of her patients in action & truly wonder why she just doesn't cut these nuts off. She's a really good Dr.

It was my first visit- not only was I not advised of the office at a different location... I called and the office line was busy for 1 hour. When I finally got through the receptionist was very rude and insisted that another office person did give me the the correct address. She was absolutely unprofessional. And I waited 16 days to get this appointment. The line was busy due to call backs to confirm appoints, funny how I was never called to confirm. Office with 1 line seriously. Horrible first impression, will spread the word to anyone who will listen! I was an hour early for my appt if their phone line wasn't busy I could have made it to the other office in time. Customer service sucks!!!!

I have ben going to Dr. Marx for over three years. She is very good doctor, I always recommend her to my friends and relatives if they need a good neurologist. She always responds if I have an urgent situation. She always finds a time for me, even if she has very busy office schedule. She is always there for me. I would strongly recommend her to anyone.

I went to see Dr. Marx after seeing many neurologist. She was able to find correct diagnosis and treatment. She was friendly, curteus and professional. She was able to find a treatment, which I felt very comfortable about. I would recommend Dr. Marx to all my friends or anybody who would need a neurologist.

She's great, very compasionate, professional and knowledgable in her field. She's what a doctor should be. They can't all be accurate right off the bat but some are so rude and when you're sick you don't need that. I highly recommend her as a doctor that cares and wants to help people in need in medical expertise

My mother is 87 and has Alzheimers. She suffered the lack of power during hurricane Sandy. Her symptoms got worse and I sought a neurologist in NJ. At the time of her appointment, my mother could not find her Medicare card, even though she had AARP containing her medicare number and medical information from her cardiologist. Dr. Marx did not even come to the window and told her receptionist she would not see my mother. This is no way to treat people, especially the elderly and frail.
