Dr. Yang earned his Medical Degree at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at LA County/Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, then proceeded to LA County/USC Medical Center where he completed fellowships in Cardiovascular Medicine and Interventional Cardiology. Dr. Yang is Board-Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine, Interventional Cardiology, and Nuclear Cardiology.
Dr. Yang is fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese, and medical Spanish. Dr. Yang and his wife, Dr. Lisa Chiang (Infectious Disease Specialist at Kaiser Medical Center-Bellflower) enjoy spending their (limited) free time, taking care of their 2 boys; and enjoy skiing, golfing, playing basketball, and enjoying local theater performances.
