Dr Moe treated my elderly grandmother in the emergency room after a fall. He incorrectly diagnosed her severly broken hip and had her attempting to walk and do physical therapy. After questioning this this for a week and seeing her health deteriorate we got a second opinion. It was determined that the ball of her hip was completely detatched requiring an urgent hip replacement. Due to the misdiagnosis and time wasted, she became very weak. She passed away a week after the surgery.
