Dr. Terrence Samuel Peppy, MD

Dr Peppy was my first and only gynecologist I had seen for years. I loved him. He always listened to my needs, was caring and understanding... Until I got pregnant. I came in to his office, filled out paperwork. They brought me into the exam room (with my husband), and asked me to undress for when Dr Peppy came in. They asked about my last period, and all other usual health questions and then left the room. About 10 minutes after I got undressed, a nurse walks in the room and tells me that because of my weight Dr Peppy refuses to see me. She says I need to find a high risk doctor to care for me because I'm overweight. I hadn't had any tests done, and this was my first appointment after finding out I was pregnant... I was 5 weeks pregnant to be exact. I had been to Dr Peppy countless times previously and not once was my weight even addressed. Not once. Needless to say, I was completely distraught and confused. My husband and I left. We got home, and he called the office to have them… send my medical records. The receptionist told him that we had been banned from the office. Mind you, we didn't say anything to anyone when we walked out. We just walked out. He asked why we were banned, and she couldn't tell him. She just said there was a note on our account saying we were banned. So I call back immediately after asking how I can get my previous medical records, and she tells me I have to go into the office to sign off on them, which I can't do because I was banned. ...a year later I have the most healthy baby girl who was born at a healthy 8 pounds and 2 ounces, also a week and a half late. I had 0 issues with my pregnancy, and fortunately found the best gyno ever, Dr. Hartman. A year later, the disgust I have for your office still lingers.

Dr. Peppy has been my doctor for several years. He has treated me through many issues including a cancer scare and 2 surgical procedures. He is extremely compassionate with a very kind bedside manner that puts you at ease. I never felt rushed during my office visits. I was referred to him by a friend who raved about how wonderful he was. He was her doctor through 2 pregnancies. The office is busy and the admin staff/scheduling is not always the best, but overall, he is a great doctor I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR FOR HRT TREATMENTS Read all the reviews before you make a decision it really is the worst medical office I’ve ever ever been to in a first world country This is the worst MEDICAL OFFICE I HAVE EVEN BEEN TOO. The staff is extremely rude and aggressive. Do not become a new patient. I am a new patient I am petrified every time I know I have to call to make an appointment. To see Dr. PEPPY Please expect that this office will keep you on hold for a minimum half an hour at a time or drop your calls or put you through to an answering machine after you’ve held on for over an half an hour finally tell you someone will call you back in 48 hours this is after you’ve called him many times they continuously do this I’ve upped to set my alarm to wake up in first thing in the morning last appointment in the evening I’ve tried everything I thought being a new patient they would show a little more care but they are even worse when I called to say I have a problem they… were very disinterested. please expect that this office will keep you on hold for a minimum half an hour at a time or drop your calls or put you through to an answering machine after you’ve held on for about 15 to 20 minutes you have to call Over and over finally someone will tell you that someone will call you back in 48 hours this is after you’ve called him many times they continuously do this I’ve at the set my alarm to wake up in first thing in the morning last appointment in the evening I’ve tried everything I thought being a new patient they would show a little more care but they are even worse when I called to say I have a problem they were very disinterested. The office stretches you out with appointments so you call them they called you you called them they call you they put you on hold for maybe half an hour at a time and then when they finally get to you they say that someone else has to call you back they do this all the time it’s a stalling technique I don’t know what to do I’m so scared because I can’t say anything because I don’t want to have another doctor in the middle of using him for my treatment and apparently this is what he does in the office they tell everyone you that for years that they’re working on it but it’s the same problem every time extremely unprofessional really really aggressive front staff Dr. Peppy is a very nice enoughdoctor but has no time to really explain things to you in detail or listens to your concerns, he dismisses anything you say it’s only his way. Do not be fooled by the initial consultation only what he says without really any explanation because of the attitude of his office and his staff it brings the quality of care down quite a bit. Never called the doctors office where there is no receptionist that makes an appointment with you when you call their office. Someone else has to call you back they do this all the time it’s a stalling technique I don’t know what to do It scary to have a doctor you can’t talk to because I don’t want to have another doctor in the middle of using Dr Peppy for my treatment and apparently this is what he does in the office they tell everyone knew that for years that they’re working on getting new receptionist This is just the same tactic to tell every single person read all the reviews and trust me it is as exactly like this No getting the office to answer the phones but I’ve spoken to quite a few patients and they say that they’ve been consistently unhappy with his office ...but it’s the same problem every time extremely unprofessional really really aggressive front staff Dr. Peppy is a very nice doctor But it’s a show he does not want to know anything else but his weight refuse to listen to your concerns if you have a problem you will never be able to get hold of him are seeing in between appointments and if your appointments at six months ahead and you have a problem you cannot get hold of him do not use this officebut because of the order of his office and his staff it brings the quality of care down quite

I seen him for both my pregnancies twins, and a single birth. His bedside manner is EVERYTHING! The care you receive is not comparable to anywhere I have been.

Dr peppy is knowledgeable, intelligent with a great bed side manner and very compassionate person. I went to him with a high risk pregnancy and helped me out all the way till i hold my precious little baby girl. With my husband we really appreciate his professionalism and we strongly recommend him.

As a nurse I have seen lots of docs and their bedside manner, Dr. Peppy is the most professional and caring doc around. He has gone out of his way to make sure his patients are taken care of. He is wonderful, he takes his time with you and makes sure all of your questions are answered. Thanks Dr. Peppy for being you.

Dr Peppy is a great doctor. Some of his patients have been seeing him for more than 19yrs. I will recommend him to anyone in need of a good gynecologist.
