Dr. Terri Nutt-Taylor, MD

If I could give zero stars I would. This woman is cold, rude and absolutely the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. Please don’t go here, especially if you want quality care. She really doesn’t care about making sure you’re okay, or seeing what you really have going on. I saw her for about 2 minutes and she told me that my issue was shoes, and that I needed to change them. Never asked how long I have been dealing with the situation, didn’t care that I wanted to ask questions. Just wrote me a prescription and left. It was 2 minutes. I felt violated and unheard.

Horrible, condescending, rude. Just an overall horrible provider. I literally had to ask her why she was speaking to me the way she was. She CLEARLY thinks more of herself than her patients.

Worst Doctor I’ve ever seen!

Went to Dr. Nutt and her name fits her perfectly!! She immediately walked into the room my mother and I were in and refused to make eye contact. She never smiled once. Right when she walked in she closed the curtain on my mother without acknowledging her and separating us from each other. She asked me what was wrong and my mother had told me to show her photos of my skin condition. She then turned back towards my mother and held her hand up to her and told her to stop talking and looked back at me. SO RUDE. I told her my mother is going to speak because she’s been through the journey with me and Dr. Nutt ignored me. She told me I have “Pityrosporum Folliculitis”. If you look this up it is also called “fungal acne”. I mentioned how I thought that is what I had and she raised her voice saying Pityrosporum has nothing to do with fungus as it is yeast produced. I told her I have done a lot of research and yeast is also a type of fungus and she raised her voice louder and asked if I was… question her medical license. She then tried to inch her way out of the room and made many sarcastic and passive aggressive remarks at my mother and I and never listened to us at all! I broke down in tears right when she left the room... I have never been treated the way she treated us... (LONG STORY SHORT) I went to my Walgreens to get my prescription she sent over and asked the pharmacist about Pityrosporum Folliculitis, and the pharmacist said “for fungal acne right?” SMH!!!! I know I’m not crazy. Before you diagnose someone look up the definition of what you’re diagnosing them with Dr. NUTTY!!!!! Just because you have a “medical degree” doesn’t make you smart and superior. Someone fire her.

Absolute worst Dr. I have ever been to. Could care less about the patent or your comments or questions, just in and out and a don't question me i am a "Doctor" attitude. Stay Away! The only saving grace she has is her staff is 1st class. I feel so sorry for them.

Dr Nutt gave me a thorough exam and explained her diagnosis. She listened and answered my concerns. I never felt rushed. Her nurse and staff were thoughtful and kind. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I am returning for a follow-up visit tomorrow. There office is conveniently located off 1604 on Lockhill Selma. Lots of parking spaces and a large comfortable reception room. I highly recommend you make an appointment, if you are looking for a dermatologist.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Nutt for years. Her bedside manner is different. She is not rude but a little shy. My husband's goal is to get her to laugh. She has really opened up since we first started going to her. I find her very thorough. She took a precancerous spot off my husbands face and It was a large incision. You can't even see the scar! She is very good. Just don't come in looking for a friendly outgoing doctor.

HORRIBLE bedside manner . Told me I had herpes in a careless cold way, didn’t recommend a test. I told her it was very unlikely I contracted it and asked for a test anyways. And guess what I was NEGATIVE. I asked the nurse to have her call me because I need to figure out what it could be, the nurse was the one to call back with put a cream on it and you will be fine. Also I told her a lotion I found CHANGED MY LIFE, never had my eczema been so contained. She told me not to use it, it wouldn’t work. Even though it already was....
