VERY THOROUGH

Pleasant, professional and reassuringly low-key. Rate 4 stars only because my problem was very minor. But 5 would have been fairer.

Poorest beside manner I've ever seen!

First impressions are the most important and the waiting room seemed very dark, unwelcoming, out of date, and even a little dirty. I overheard other patients saying this was "normal" and that she comes to work when she wants. After waiting over an hour I finally got called and then was in the examination room for another 45 minutes while the nurses sat outside the door at their station and cackled and talked. I was not impressed with this office or the care I received. The doctor seemed very uninterested in even being there, which might be why she decides not to show up? I was told to follow up in 2 months with her, I did not reschedule. I do not understand how someone can run a practice like this. It is rude and completely unacceptable. Go elsewhere!

Very lengthy wait.....very disappointed in follow-up of diagnosis..did not return many phone calls

Dr. Williams may be good at what she does, but she is very in-personable and shows no concern for her patients. I usually see Jill Nix who is incredible and really cares about her patients, but I had to get in as soon as possible so I had to see Dr. Williams. My appointment was at 10:20. I did not see Dr. Williams until 12:15. I would understand if she had an emergency and had to come in late, but she just decides to come in late. If she does not even respect the patient enough to come in on time then how much does she really care. When I finally saw Dr. Williams all she said was "sorry for the wait" like she's said it 100 times before then continued to rush through my appointment. I highly recommend Jill Nix, but I strongly do not recommend Dr. Williams.

She is VERY good at what she does, and focuses on cancer rather than beauty enhancements. But, her wait time is just terrible. Some poor old, really old man had to wait 90 minutes and finally left - I felt so bad for him, he did not look like he felt well at all. Then you get into the room and have to wait longer there too. Ugh! She is great at providing samples, and the staff is nice and caring, especially the nurses.

Just like the other posts, this doctor is rude! She doesn't show up on time for her scheduled appointments! I also waited 2 hours, and she still didn't show. I ended up leaving and demanding my money back. If she isn't going to make the scheduled time, then don't book the appointment. I agree with the other posts...I won't come back. People, find another dermatologist. If you are looking for a dermatologist, don't choose Terri Williams. You will wait and wait and wait. She doesn't care about her patients. There are others out there that have the respect to show up on time.

Dr. Williams has been my dermatologist for over 10 years. She has been an excellent resource for skin care, answered all my questions, and when needed, treated my skin issues with up to date procedures and medications. I recommend her to all my friends and family. My mother and a cousin have used her as their dermatologist even though they live over 2 hours away.
