I had to have leaking implants replaced. It turned out to be a major surgery & he did a fantastic job. The staff is very caring.

Dr. Fabian is so nice and has the best bedside manner. Went in for breast augmentation and he thoroughly explained everything to my satisfaction. He did a beautiful job with my new breasts! He thought he might have to do a lift as well, quoted me for one but when he got in there he didnt and his office promptly refunded the money to me. I searched thousands of breast aug pictures before getting mine and I have to say his are in the best looking of all of them (top 10 for sure). Great experience and courteous staff. I highly recommend him and Marietta Plastic Surgery!!!!

I love Dr. Fabian, he is by far one of the most caring doctors I have ever been too.

Dr. Fabien is the ultimate professional. He is very focused and knowledgeable. His credentials are incredible. He has a very kind and gentle spirit. I wouldn't go anywhere else. There have to be some very proud parents somewhere as well as proud teachers or anyone else who had a part in the making of this doctor.
