My first visit with Dr DACOSTA, I was seen by an assistant, gave him all info he needed. Then Dr walked in, he explained everything I had told him. Dr looked at me and said we will do an endoscopy. The day of procedure, his son was in the OR, not him. Follow up visit, I was seen by his son, not him. And told me he wanted me to have an esophagram manómetry. It was done at St Michael’s, again they were supposed to to call me from the hospital to give me instructions. The day b4 I had not heard from anyone. I called hospital early morning, I called 5 times. Every time I called, they will transfer me to a different dept. No one new where it would be done. All they said to me was: a nurse will call after one. At 3 I called again and Michelle told me I should wait, they would definitely call me. It was 4.30 when I decided to call for the last time. Someone from admitting told me there was no one to help me. That maybe I should show up an hour before and see what would happen. I did not know… what her I needed to stop any me fine, to eat or not to eat after a specific time. The appt was for 9am, I was there at 8. Went to admitting.They did not know were to send me. First they call SDS and said they did not know about. So she called Endoscopy Dept. They also said no. Finally she registered me and sent me to SDS. Waited from 8.15 to 9.15 to go in. After that everything was fine, but I would not recommend St. Michael’s. And the doctor I am not too sure. Next week when I go for the follow I will try to talk to him.

My visits are always great. I like the in terms that he has working with him because I find them to be very thorough for the information that they have on me and the feedback that they gave me. I also like the fact if I have a major problem going on, Dr. Dacosta will call and check on me. I also had the pleasure of meeting his son today I like him as well

The whole staff made me feel like family and the Doctors took a lot of time with me the whole visit was very fast and satisfying love all you guys gonna tell everyone Thank you

Dr Dacosta is the consummate professional and so is his staff. I have been a patient for over 5 years and I have never had a bad experience. He's very knowledgeable, attentive and takes pride in providing great care to his patients. I now have my entire family under the care of Dr Dacosta. I would like to make honorable mention of his front desk staff, Carmella. She is very detail-oriented, professional, personable, helpful and has a great sense of humor. She makes your Doctor's visit a breeze and she is excellent with ensuring any hiccups with your insurance company is sorted out. Dr Dacosta, along with his staff makes you feel like you are family more than a patient.

I like Dr. Dacosta he's very kind. Office staff is also kind.

Great MD and staff very accommodating. You can take your time with the Dr and never feel rushed and explains things if you don’t understand. I would certainly recommend Dr DACOSTA. to others
