My wife has Alzheimer's, and is in a nursing home. Anyway, she dropped her glasses and they were run over by her wheelchair. The place we bought her glass was far away so, I took her glasses to Dr. Issek's office for repair. A beautiful blonde lady, with a heart of gold, didn't ask where I got the glasses, and went to work on them, she straightened them, put new screws in, cleaned them, gave me a new case and cleaning cloth. When I asked how much, she said your wife is in a nursing home, no charge.. She is as beautiful inside as she is on the outside. Like a Christmas angel, helping someone in need. I found the staff to be friendly and to have patience with his patients. They extend themselves to make sure you are comfortable and answer all of your inquires without judging you. Dr. Isseks is very clean and professional. He doesn't speak very much because he is focused on your exam. I find that he washes his hands after he enters the exam room which I expect and appreciate.

His optics were dirty!!!! I thought I had fogged it up. But even without my glasses I could see they were a mess. Said something to him and he said they looked fine to him. Time for an eye exam doc.

Dr. Isseks is a doctor like no other. He is very knowledgable, kind, and takes his time to make the patient feel comfortable. What can I say he is wonderful. I recommend him to all my friends. My new glasses are just what I needed. Staff is wonderful too.
