Dr. Theresa Michelle Genovese-Elliott, MD

Dr Elliott has treated me for a few years. She is a professional highly intelligent talented doctor- a hero to me. She has a great bedside manner while being straight forward. You can not be in better hands.

When my husband hurt his back, surgery was recommended by another Dr. We went for a second opinion, an I am glad we did. Dr. Elliot was our second opinion, she recommended a 3 series shot regimen. It’s been 25 years and my husband is still doing well. Dr. Elliot was a blessing to us.

Saw Dr Elliott this week. She was awesome! She Gad previously reviewed my records and asked appropriate questions to come up with the best plan for me. Very happy to be a patient of Dr Elliott!

Dr Theresa Elliot has this demeanor about her that she just doesn’t seem to care for her patients. The first time I saw her, after having ALL my records from another doctors office showing what procedures I had done what was wrong with my back and what medications I took, she then decided to continue the same procedures I told her didn’t work for me in the same area of my back. She did not continue my medications. She did absolutely nothing to address the pain I was in whatsoever!!! I then saw her for my procedure I was not sedated properly, it was very painful!! The injections I received gave me pain relief for about a week and a half if that!! I see her again today and I’m sure my pain will not be addressed only if the procedure worked or not. I’m sure nothing will be given for my chronic debilitating pain. I have children I need to care for and cannot due to these issues. I do not recommend going to see her at this very time. If things change I will update my review, but as of… right now I am not a happy patient and I am not receiving the care I deserve or need.

I saw Dr. Elliot for a second opinion. I wish she could be my primary Dr. She was patient, thorough, and considerate. She agreed that more PT was warranted, and took the time to explain to me the possible outcomes and results. I wasn't asking for more than an open mind, so she was wonderful.

BUT SHE AND HER STAFF TREATED ME LIKE A DOPER. I HAVE HAD 6 YEARS PAIN MANAGEMENT, I GET NO RELIEF FROM HIGH-POWERED MEDS, I AM IN AT LEAST LEVEL 5 PAIN ALL HOURS. I WAS NOT LOOKING FOR NOR ASKED FOR PAIN MEDS AND IN THE END SHE ONLY TALKED TO ME AND BILLED. I HAD SEEN HER MANY YEARS BEFORE WHEN I WAS YOUNGER AND SHE WAS GOOD AT WHAT SHE DOES. TOO BAD. WE NEED QUALITY HELP NOT LEACHES. PS; HER STAFF ENJOYS TACKING UP MYRIADS OF 'DO NOT' SIGNS ALL OVER THE OFFICE.
