My visit with Dr Hoffman was due to Dr Forrest being out of office. I was visiting Dr Hoffman for a suspected UTI. Staff asked thorough questions and did a UA. Medicine was prescribed. The office visit was fine. However pharmacy did not receive the scrip and after hours service was unable to handle getting a new scrip. After phoning office the following day the scrip did show up a pharmacy. That was annoying since I was not feeling well.

My visit was a routine quarterly checkup to monitor Type 2 Diabetes. Office is always very efficient. Dr. Hoffman is down to earth and communicates clearly. She always has time for questions and concerns. I highly recommend her.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hoffman for about 10 plus years. I like her she’s professional and caring. I never feel rushed when I have appointment visits. I just wished she had a office Southwest I drive 30-40 minutes for my appointments. Other than that she’s a great doctor.
