Dr. Thomas F Griffin

Dr Griffin and staff have always been courteous. Dr. Griffin answers my questions and helps me try to understand the reasons he chooses the treatment for me. He has thankfully helped me.

When you get an appointment with Dr. Griffin you get his full attention for 30 minutes! Most Drs. I have gone to you see their nurse more than the Dr. On my 1st appt. with Dr. Griffin he spent close to an hour with me asking me questions and answering mine!

Dr Griffin successfully manages the following difficult conditions and a long list of medications for me: bipolar disorder, hypertension, hypothyroid, common variable immune deficiency, osteopenia, high cholesterol, weight control, allergies/asthma and hormone imbalance. He knows when to send me to a specialist for consult/treatment. He coordinates my treatment for some of these conditions with other specialists. I have frequent appointments which are easy to schedule. I have had emergency appointments when I was told to "come in right now" and didn't have to wait at all. He is very caring, very thorough, easy to understand, and takes as much time with me as is needed. I have never felt rushed. He has caught medical issues I have that other doctors have overlooked. He is holistic, and he cares about what is going on in my whole life my relationships, and my lifestyle. He includes me in my plan of care, especially since I am an RN and I want to understand as much as possible and know… all the alternatives of a possible treatment or medication. I highly recommend Dr Griffin. He is not only a wonderful practitioner, but a wise friend.

I believe in continuity of care so I have been with Dr. Griffin for over a year. He always messes up my medication, he has put me on the same medication (that didn't work before), he doesn't listen to my concerns, and I feel like he gives me a blanket treatment. He never even remembers even the slightest bit about my case even though I see him almost once a month. He is rude and our appointments are about five minutes long after a long wait, long past the scheduled appointment time. I would recommend finding another doctor.

Dr. Griffin is amazingly knowlegeable and patient. He has helped our daughter tremendously to live a healthy life, even with her serious illnesses.
