Dr Hwang is such a great physician. Kaiser is lucky to have him. He is a good listener and answered all of my questions. He ordered many tests and scans over the course of several years to get a definitive diagnosis regarding my optic nerve. I will never forget him.

Dr. Hwang is an extraordinary physician. I was referred to him by my neurologist and am blessed to have him handle my care. He not only takes the time to show me all of the imaging, but even reviews past and present imaging. His diagnosis is accurate. He isn’t offended by sharing medical opinions. It’s very difficult to find a physician at KP that isn’t insecure about patients expressing their ideas regarding their medical circumstances.

its not about any of the above but the incompetency of this doctor. Good talker and planner but he suck when he comes to the practical application of this plans. I had blepharoplasty surgery 1 year ago and left me with a bulging swollen upper eyelid. After I complained, he kept hiding and avoiding the issue. Be more responsible and accountable in your work Dr. Thomas Hwang!
