PLEASE IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! You be the judge, he is a very personable guy. I have been a patient of Dr. Graziano since he first started at HMC. He is an outstanding and exceptional doctor. He is everything I look for in a doctor. He will not disappoint. I don’t mind if he is running behind schedule because he is thorough when caring for his patients. I know for a fact that when he sees me he will provide me with the same great care and give me his undivided attention. Honestly, I think he does an exceptional job. His office is also a walk-in urgent care. He need more support for the wonderful work he does caring for patients.

Outstanding medical provider. Caring and thorough. Takes time to explain things. Has read my reports from specialists ahead of time and discusses this with me. Highly recommend

After reading all the bad and negative reviews on this doctor I had to write. I had seen this doctor last year in the fall. I’d say he probably saved my life. My BP was so high that he wouldn’t let me leave his office until he felt I was safe then had me go to the Holyoke Medical Center. Two days later he called to check on me. Who does that? I highly recommend Dr. Thomas Graziano!

I almost canceled my second appointment with Dr. Graziano after reading these reviews. I am really glad I went to the appointment. The staff is friendly, I did feel comfortable w him and I felt as though he actually listened to me. I appreciate that he thinks quickly, and appears to care about my health.

This Dr doesn't care about his patients. I had to switch to him when my Dr retired. He is incompetent and condescending. My pharmacy called me to tell me that there were serious interactions with the meds he prescribed. They wouldn't fill them. Called the doc the next day and never got a response. I had to have the nurse navigator call him before I got a response. A whole week later.

Do you're research on this guy. Simply Google him. Prior arrest in for possession of LSD, Adderall, to name a few, in Holyoke in 2017.

It's probably a good move that HMC is relocating this once well established, competent, and caring medical office to Westfield. Clearly, the latest addition to the medical group (Dr. Graziano) medical knowledge and personality is wanting, at best. New patients, beware. The once thriving practice of Dr. Snow and most recently, Dr. Jerrell, is moving to Westfield. One might want to ask why. After you're first visit with the new provider , you will leave you feeling disappointed, frustrated, and sad. Good luck

Waited 2 hours past my appointment the first time. 1 hours late for 2nd appointment. Was hurt and wouldn't give anything pretty much his PA said too bad just use ice. Spot is swollen and tender but just suffer.

Absolute weirdo. Made conversation and hints towards sexual activity. Probably has some type of STD. So incredibly rude and dismissive.
