Dr. Thomas Louis Jones, MD

I don't normally write reviews but I wanted to do so. Dr. Jones is a great doctor. I had spinal infusion Dec 29th, 2023. It's almost been 3 months ago and my back is doing well. I don't have the pain that I had before the surgery. Kind of still stiff in my lower back but that will go away with time. I was scared at first but he had a way of making me feel comfortable about my decision. He's kind and listen to his patients. He's a great doctor and I'm glad I trusted his hands to perform my surgery

Dr. Jones is awesome! After being in excruciating pain for so long, Dr. Jones did my surgery. I finally have the quality of life that I had before my accident. I recommend him to anyone. I tell you I haven’t had any pain since I opened my eyes from the surgery. Thanks for your expertise and professionalism Dr. Jones.

Doctor Jones canceled his Friday evening plans to give me immediate surgery for my ruptured disc. He knew I was in excruciating pain and it mattered enough to him to not make me wait until Monday. The surgery was completely successful and I am totally recovered. The insurance company gave me a problem and his staff helped me work through it.

To who it may concern The day of my visit I was room with the African girl who was rude and everytime i tried to talk she would talk over me. This is my last time going. I rather hurt in pain then deal with snotty people like her

The Dr. is excellent but his practice runs poorly. They are always loosing referrals, documents and he is constantly running late. Today is my third appointment and he was over two hours and thirty minutes behind. I guarantee that less than 5% of us could run our businesses this way and still have a business. Again, I feel that he is a top surgeon but horrible at time mgt.

Dr.'s office waited 3 days to submit a request for approval for my MRI. Then they tell me the policy is that they have another 72 hours to submit the request. Meanwhile I am in pain waiting for my MRI. I miss my scheduled appointment for the MRI because of no approval. The center doing the MRI tried contacting the Dr.'s office for approval and received no return call. Now due to the delay and travel schedule for work I am delayed at least another week. All because they didn't pick up the phone and make a call. As if that wasn't enough the Dr. never returned my CD with my previous MRI on it to me. When I got home and opened the envelope it was gone. Bottom line is I will continue to look for a Dr. who is concerned about helping me relieve my pain.

Visited Dr. Jones for a surgery consultation. Got there 30 minutes early and was immediately attended to. I found Dr. Jones to be very articulate and informative and well mannered. The office staff did a good job as well. Great visit I felt well informed when I left.

Nice doctor. Staff needs training in customer service

Dr. Jones saved my life. I was headed to a wheel chair. I'm now walking without help.
