First of all, you will very seldom actually see Dr. Latiolais. He has had a NP, and she seems to be the one always seeing my child. She is a nice woman and I like her, but when I chose a Dr. For my child, that's what I was wanting. Now, he has a NP, PA, and a couple more Dr.s in the office. So, now I never know who my child is going to end up seeing and I'm not happy about that at all. I prefer continuity of care. I have also noticed that the turn over there has been high the past couple years. From the receptionist to the medical assistants and LPNs. Not sure what is going on there, but I have been seriously considering finding a new Dr. The only reason I have stayed with this clinic is because of convenience and I do like the fact that they do finger sticks to check blood counts before prescribing antibiotics. I'm still contemplating on switching to a new Dr. I just don't like the feeling I get at this office any longer. I never used to have to wait long and now with all these new… people there, the wait is even longer. Called one day and I couldn't get my child in the same day because they were all booked up? Ended up taking my child to Velocity quick care. Really??? His insurance employee is also very rude. I'm just not feeling it there anymore.
