Dr. Thomas Mitchel Manger, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Manger's for 20 years, and have nothing but good things to say about his care and his office. The call center you initially get is annoying, but his office staff is excellent.

Tom is a busy educator who keeps himself on the cutting edge of his practice.

One of the few doctors in the area who sees Husky patients, but it takes three months to get in to see him and then it is very hard to get him to run tests or make a diagnosis when you are ill. Will just look at you and say "You look fine to me." Then tells you that he will see you again in 2-3 years for your next annual physical. Seems to have an attitude about those of us on State insurance, but likes his own big State paycheck.

This guy is ridiculously incompetent! He doesn't know what he's doing. Trouble with communicating. By far the worst doctor I've ever seen. I often wonder how he passed med school. Terrible. Told me that a ring-enhancing lesion on my head MRI was just an "artifact." When I asked him if it could be cancer (I was experiencing drenching night sweats and severe fatigue), he said "If it is cancer, it will make itself known." Well, it sure did. In my lymph nodes many years later, too advanced to treat now.
