After years of Jogging and one posterior hip replacement, I researched the Hanna table hip replacement procedure and came across Dr Mcennerney. H was always very down to earth and answered all my questions which were many. The surgery for me was fantastic. Walked out of the hospital the next day. Did not need pain meds after the day of the surgery. Could sleep through the night without any discomfort. Was back to work withing 2 days, dancing, bowling playing volleyball within a week of the surgery (totally against his recommendation). I have not stopped playing since and the surgery occurred in back in 2017. Great work and I could not be more thankful.

This jerk infected me with staph , then wouldn’t admit it and blamed me , lying in his notes that I was falling to cover him. He let infection fester for months before giving antibiotics. I had to threaten to sue him for him to treat my pain. The antibiotics were too late and when he did a second hip replacement I was still infected and he did not do a two stage revision. The second hip became loose and another surgeon had to fix all his lousy shoddy work. He is jerk of gigantic proportions and should be advoided at all cost. He cared very little and I almost died of low blood pressure after second surgery because I was so infected . Run away there are good surgeons all over. He is not one and a jerk on top of a hack surgeon.

Dr. Mcennerney has performed more surgery on my than any other Doctor and his work has always been on point. Every time I needed surgery, or had questions concerning an Orthopedic issue I've gone to him for the straight forward answer I've needed. Only because I'm no longer in NM, have I had to find a new Orthopedic Surgeon and when I did, I used my experience and relationship with Mac as my guide... TRUST THIS MAN COMPLETELY!!

He did the job. I've never had any problems in a decade after the operation on my knee. I'd recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone.

Dr Mcennerney is really nice but you will spend most of the follow-ups with his PA, who isn't great and has absolutely NO bedside manner. Was really hard to get a call back when I needed it after hip replacement, on occasion not until after the weekend on Monday. Also didn't like that I was set up with home PT with someone out of network, which I assumed they would not do. Ended up very costly.

Being a strong, healthy 72 year old male, I went in for, what I was told is a fairly straight forward hip replacement surgery. The surgery had complications and the follow up (2 weeks after surgery) revealed that there was another problem diagnosed as "femoral component subsidence", or in lay terms the prosthesis sank deeper into the socket rendering my leg 1/2" shorter. This problem can be remedied with additional surgery. He screwed up once, whats to say he wont do it again.
