Dr Thomas N Fleming took appropriate time needed for family discussions regarding eye care for my 85 year old mother who has Macular Degeneration and Glaucoma. My mother has trusted him for years and he has our respect. He is very busy helping many patients. Waiting for a good doctor is understandable if other patients require more time or issues arise. Patience and kindliness should be practiced by all patients with understanding of what it takes to run an office, treat patients, and complete paperwork.
