Dr. Thomas A. Pane is a double board-certified plastic surgeon practicing at Atlantic Coast Aesthetics. He is known for precision-guided aesthetic solutions and patient-centered surgical artistry. He earned his medical degree from the University of Connecticut, completed a five-year general surgery residency at Baystate Medical Center (affiliated with Tufts University School of Medicine), and finished plastic surgery training at Detroit Medical Center/Wayne State University where he served as chief resident. After beginning his practice in Newport, Rhode Island, Dr. Pane relocated to South Florida in 2006. He focuses on aesthetic, plastic, and cosmetic surgery of the face, breast, and body.

I have lymphedema in my left leg. Dr Pane said he could take my case and perform liposuction. In the office for a consult, his receptionist was there and between the two of them there didn't seem to be any definite plan of action regarding post-op treatment. I have no idea why he let his receptionist stay in on the consult. It seemed very on-the-fly. He put many incisions in my leg in the outpatient OR. He told my caregiver that the operation was unsuccessful and refunded the entire surgical fee along with consult fee that same day. He caused permanent damage to my left leg and there are areas of fibrosis that cannot be treated with compression and bandaging treatment, so my leg is in worse condition now than before the operation.

Dr Pane has great beside manner. He makes you feel very safe and confident. He did a great job, I'm very happy. If I need any further procedures in the future he would be my Doctor.
