Dr. Seaworth and his wife, Mary, have four children. In his spare time, he enjoys sports and serves as team physician for Detroit Lakes High School. He served with the 1st Armored Division during Operation Desert Storm and was awarded the Bronze Star. He is a member of the American Legion, the VFW, Knights of Columbus and Rotary. He was named Rotarian of the Year and received the district Governor's Award for Community Service. He is in his fourth term on the Detroit Lakes School Board.
