Summary
I am a native Southern Californian who grew up in Sierra Madre, California. Even when I was a young child, I knew that I wanted to be a doctor. In part because of the compassionate care I saw my grandmother receive in the last few years of her life. I knew that I wanted to be able to make a real difference in people's lives, and practicing medicine gives that opportunity.
