This guy is not a doctor, he's a CPAP salesman. It's obvious he sees that as his easiest path to making a buck — and once you make it clear you're not interested in CPAP, he'll make it clear he's not interested in helping you. Don't even consider inquiring about the Inspire surgery. He does have an ENT that he refers people to for that surgery, but he talks about that ENT in a way that is absolutely unbelievable. To hear Dr. Vines talk, it's just a matter of time before the ENT kills someone. Simply put, Vines is lazy and full of it — and not the least bit interested in helping you. In 49 years, he has the worst bedside manner I've ever experienced. Do yourself a huge favor and see someone else — anyone else.

I have seen Dr Vines on three occasions and all of them we're good I have no complaints about his work he answered questions and does his job I was already on CPAP when I started seeing Dr Vines

He doesn't care about finding the cause of your problem. His answer to everything is you need a CPAP machine. Avoid this doctor because he is going to push you towards a CPAP. I strongly urge you to go to facility.

This was my first visit. Dr Vines seemed very knowledgeable in his field. He has a very quiet personality but that I didn't think that made a bad bedside manner. He spent time with me and diagnosed me properly. The staff was wonderful. Very friendly. I did have a little wait when making my appointment, but realize he is a specialist. Would highly recommend!

I waited on this appointment for 5 weeks. This was my first appointment with him. I waited for an hour and a half. When he finally arrived he was in the exam room LESS than 5 minutes. He has NO personality or bedside manner AT ALL. I think this place is going to be too busy for me.

I was in the hospital and Dr. Vines was fine there but when I got home and began to be short of breath I called his office to ask to come to see him and the first appt I could get was more than a month away. And I couldn't breathe. I ended up going to the emergency room and got help there. At the same time this was going on his office was calling to get me to come to do a sleep study yet couldn't see me when I couldn't breath. Priceless!!!!
