Fantastic Doctor, helped more than I have been helped in 40 years

Dr. Chemplavil was professional and very helpful to me. I saw him a couple of times, and he was thorough in his explanations. He has very good knowledge of his practice. He was friendly and polite throughout the appointments. I highly recommend him.

Went to him twice. The appointments were great, he spent time with me and explained things. However, the follow up is not appropriate. I left him several messages and I received calls from his nurse stating that he refuses to return my calls and that in order for him to speak with me, I will need to make an appointment. I have NEVER had a doctor not return my call and stating that I must make an appointment. I refuse to pay another copay to speak to him for under five minutes on follow up. If had returned my call and there was still need for me to come in for an appointment, I would have been more than happy to make an appointment, but the fact that he was unwilling to call me back, I will now be considering other options in terms of physicians. I do not recommend him to others.

very difficult with staff. unprofessional behavior with dr. dr argumentive, appears to care more about staff than patients. late scheduling. spent vey little time with patient. hard to understand when explaining illness to patient. needs training for office staff dealing with different backgrounds.
