I have been a patient of Dr Ketcham for many years.amazing, compassionate and very concerned about her patients health. If there is something she feels that needs another set of eyes or expertise she is the first to send you to someone that can help you. I recently have developed a very serious health issue ,. She did not know what was going on but from the beginning she was sending me on to a specialist . If she had not done this and continued to try different procedures it would not have been a good outcome. She has learned so much on my illness that has expanded her knowledge. She and my specialist work closely together to make sure I return to a manageable health. Dr Ketcham is an amazing Doctor and is very concerned about her patients. Kennedy her nurse is the sweetest. Dr Ketcham and Kennedy are a fantastic team. Front desk personnel are very helpful, kind and friendly. Way to go Mercy Urbandale Clinic.

Patient of Ketcham for years. Love her! She listens. Not a 5 star only when I call staff and ask for referrals, played phone tag, then finally got person and she was not nice about it.

I can't say enough about how good Dr. Ketcham is. She is kind and she listens to your concerns and does everything possible to put you at ease and help you!She is very thorough when diagnosing issues. Dr. Ketcham is the best doctor I have ever been too and I have seen a lot of them as I am a type 1 diabetic.I am equally impressed with her nurse Mary as Mary is not afraid to jump in and get things done for you!
