Dr. Timothy Justin Conlon, DO

My dad was a patient of Dr. Conlon's and after dismissing his symptoms for several months as nothing more than acid reflux it became apparent this man should not be a practicing physician. Calls to the office about his worsening condition weren't returned for at least three weeks and at that point it was too late. My dad ended up in the ER with severe stomach pains. After being admitted and having several tests done the hospital was able to confirm in a matter of hours that at the age of 61 my dad had stage IV stomach and esophageal cancer, a terminal diagnosis. The hospital physician admitted we lost precious time with my dad because these symptoms were brushed off. Dr. Conlon and his staff are a disgrace to the medical profession and I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your care so this doesn't happen to you or a loved one.

I have been seeing Dr Conlon ovwer 15 years, he is absolutly the BEST Doctor I have ever had. I have reffered people to him at times but, he is always full and cannot take new patients. I do believe he saved my life. He found Pancreatic cancer in its earliest stage and I have already had the Whipple surgery and currently going through Chemo. I cannot thank Dr Conlon and his wonderful staff enough. They are very personal to your needs. Thank you all, Carol

I've been seeing Dr Conlon for 5 years or so now, after my former Dr. retired. I've been pleasantly surprised with Dr. C's patience and listening skills. Most doctors and specialists I've seen are noticeably rushed, and tend to speak far more than listen. Dr. C spends the time needed to make me feel fully evaluated and treated. I was surprised to see a few bad reviews here, although they are about the front office staff. I haven't had any bad experiences there, but if I do I'll put up with it for this excellent doctor.

When it comes to actually seeing Dr Conlon, he is actually quite nice and does a good job at diagnosis. But beware of anything outside of being in his presence. Office manager blocks information from getting to him, as though she is the one who decides if your condition is worthy of a discussion with a doctor.She makes the decision if you are able to be seen or not by analyzing your condition for medical attention AND if it will cost too much. It was like she was worried more about her bonus from the insurance company by having medical care need rejected by the office than the personal care of the patient. . In emergency situations, no one cared to contact me for 3 or 4 days, 2 or 3 different times, and NEVER was I contacted by Dr. Conlon. Don't take your changes here with your health. Do yourself a favor and heed my warning, see someone outside this office.

there is Terrible customer service with this office the doctor is very good but when you can only call during limited hours an there is no return call to you an the pharmacy with no return calls you cannot get an script refill an answering service will only pass on messages for when there open . Guess I will be going to an new doctor sad as he is good close by me but I would rather have some care when I need an doctor which I only see twice an year anyway

Dr. Conlon and his staff are very caring and concerned about my health and with me as a person. He always takes the time to answer my questions and communicates in a very clear and concise manner.

Dr. Conlon has always been accomadating, helpful, accurate in diagnosing and pays particular attention to detail. Each time that I have seen him I have never had any bad experiences and he is good to get back to me on tests or the results of the tests.
