Dr. Timothy Scott Brown, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Brown for close to 20 years. He saved my life 15 years ago after finding melanoma. He is the most personable, thorough and caring doctor I have ever been to.

My dad is a patient of Dr Brown. He had surgeries to remove cancerous moles. Dr Brown and his staff are EXCELLENT. I took my dad to his doctor appointments and was so pleased with the explanations and treatment my dad received. Very relaxed and comfortable experience. On a scale of 1-10, was a "10". The waiting room can be full, and the wait can be long, but, the treatment is well-worth-it.

I've had 3 previous Mohs surgeries preformed by Dr Brown. I can only speak for my experiences but I drive 3 hours to have Dr. Brown preform them. I know reviews are subjective but I've never had a bad experience or results and will continue going back as needed.

Dr Brown and his staff are the most courteous and professional group of medical professionals I have encountered. Dr. Brown performed MOHS surgery on my nose to remove a skin cancer. A skin graft was required to replace the tissue removed. The result was incredible. Dr. Brown is both an amazing doctor and artist. Dr. Brown's availability for questions after surgery is nothing short of amazing. He provided a cell phone number for out of office hours in case I had any questions or issues. No need to go through an answering service. If you have the need for MOHS surgery, make an appointment to see Dr. Brown. It will be one of the best decisions of your life.

Dr. Brown has done 3 MOHS surgeries on me and 1 more is coming up. He does an OUTSTANDING job and his bedside manner is second to none. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. Nobody really likes have surgery of any kind but if you have to have skin cancer surgery Dr. Brown is the man.

Not only was everything excellent at the office, Dr. Brown's nurse made a home visit on Sunday to allow me to go on a vacation that was scheduled early the next morning. This was above and beyond anything that I ever expected.

I could not have asked for better care! Very comforting in a scary situation!

Dr. Brown and his staff were very professional. I do not understand though why this procedure when it is done on the face, is not done under general anethesia.

I had a small place on the side of the tip of my nose and was referred to Dr. Brown to have it removed after the initial skin biopsy confirmed basal cell carcinoma. I expected to have a small incision to remove The small spot. Unfortunately, the small spot on my nose had 'roots' beneath that required the removal of most of the tip of my nose. Dr Brown explained every detail as he went along and after having to remove skin and tissue using the MOHS procedure and checking the removed tissue in the lab within the facility, he was satisfied that the basal cell cancer had been removed. Over 200 stitches later, half inside my nose and half on the outer skin of my nose, Dr Brown again explained why the procedure was more extensive than my referring physician and I had anticipated. I am thankful for having been referred to Dr. Brown's superb surgical skills as the scar is almost invisible and my check ups in the past 30 months have not had any recurrence of cancer on my nose. I t was… not until I saw the photo of my nose after surgery but before stitches that I realized how much tissue had to be removed. Dr. Brown and his staff were informative, professional, compassionate and very skilled. I am eternally grateful to have had Dr.Brown for saving my nose.

Dr Brown is wonderful. Cannot say enough good things about him and the rest of the staff however the assistant/ nurse we had named Debbie with short reddish hair was extremely rude and does not need to be working with people, maybe dogs or something that can't sense her hatred for her job.
