Dr. Chen surprised me with his ability to listen carefully and determine the right courses of action for my particular situation. Far more impressive in that way than some of my other physicians, and no other has ever matched him in my long life.

Great before and during surgery. Can't get anyone to call me back about medication effects. All you ever hear is I'll have someone call you back and no one ever does. I'm looking for a new cardiologist

I waited half an hour while people who were late went in before me. Obviously irritated I answered the nurses questions but apparently I was not talkative enough for her. She became extremely rude and would not believe me when I told her my dosages for medications. This may or may not be a reflection on Dr. Chen. He may book too many patients or employ horribly rude nurses. He is fairly nice but doesn't really listen.
