Dr. Timothy James Treible, MD

I first met Dr Treible in 2003 on Mt Hood while skiing with my family. When I broke my hip on the slope he came to the first aid station and gave me tremendous relief of pain. The next day he operated on my broken hip and it has worked well all these years. In 2006 I was air lifted of Mt Jeffereson from a climbing accident and flown to the nearest hsopital where X rayed and given the news my leg below the knee was not fixable. On Monday following the accident my wife took me to his clinic where he said it was a very difficult break with the tibia plateau shattered below the knee. When I asked him if I could keep my leg he said he specialized in difficult breaks and put my battered knee back together. I was 59 then and now almost 73 and I still ski, climb mountains, hunt and backpack thanks to Dr Treible. Years later my wife, Judy, had him preform a back surgery on her back and the bone on bone pain has never returned. I couldn't have picked a better surgeon

Dr Treible is an excellent surgeon. He is very confident in his work. He did not communicate with the physical therapist or my primary doctor as to my progress and did not confer with me either. He had a P.A. to follow me a couple of times then without conferring with my PT and primary, he released me back to work which was too early and I could not do my work. In other words, Dr. just operated on me and did not speak with me again. His office staff were rude as well. I will use Dr Treible again because he is an excellent surgeon only.

I have suffered with back pain for years and had been told by many about Dr. Treible's outstanding skills as both a diagnostician and surgeon. Dr. Treible was able to pinpoint exactly what was causing my pain and with outpatient surgery fixed my back. I am now able to ski with my family and feel like I did 10 years ago. He gave me my life back. His staff is professional and caring. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Treible. His skills as a surgeon and his compassion as a physician are exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Treible as an orthopedic surgeon.

Dr. Treible is a great doctor and I am happy I was referred to him. He was able to help correct a long standing work-related injury to my back and I am now pain free. I will be going back to him and recommend him without question.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Treible or the work he did on my hip replacement. Hospital staff were amazed by my recovery and attributed it to the wonderful job Dr. Treible did. He was kind, courteous, sensitive to my other health issues and very professional.

I was fortunate to have Dr Treible as my Orthopedic Surgeon when I needed knee surgery several years ago. More recently, when I herniated a disc in my back that was causing serious nerve damage, I was relieved to know that Dr Treible was available to be my surgeon again. His surgical expertise helped me become stronger than I was 20 years ago and I will be forever grateful to him and his staff. His knowledge, compassion, caring, and skill are beyond compare. I have sent many members of my family to him, all with the same results.

I've had 3 surgeries performed by Dr. Treible the past 15 years, torn medial meniscus in my right knee, shredded ACL in my left and most recently, 2 herniated dicsc in my back. In all 3 cases, Dr. Treible was terrific. He was able to re-attach my existing ACL to the bone and as a result, I was walking again in days. The same success occurred with my back, I was able to fly to a business appointment 3 days after the surgery. I hope that I don't need to see Dr. Treible for any other surgeries, however if I do, there is no one else that I will see!
